OUR LAB MARKERS

AM CORTISOL

Measures your body’s primary stress hormone in the morning. Helps evaluate stress response, energy patterns, and adrenal function.

Apo B (Apolipoprotein)

A more precise cardiovascular risk marker that measures the number of potentially harmful cholesterol particles in your blood. Often more predictive than standard cholesterol tests.

B12

Essential for energy production, brain function, and red blood cell formation. Low levels can contribute to fatigue, brain fog, and nerve symptoms.

CBC (Complete Blood Count)

Evaluates red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Helps assess overall health, immune function, oxygen-carrying capacity, and possible anemia.

CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel)

Assesses liver function, kidney function, electrolytes, blood sugar, and overall metabolic health.

C-Reactive Protein (CRP)

A marker of inflammation in the body. Elevated levels may indicate increased cardiovascular risk or systemic inflammation.

Estradiol

A primary form of estrogen in both men and women. Important for mood, bone health, libido, and hormone balance.

Free Testosterone

The portion of testosterone available for your body to use. Plays a key role in strength, recovery, libido, and overall vitality.

FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone)

Works with LH to regulate reproductive hormone production. Helps assess hormonal signaling and function.

HbA1c

Measures your average blood sugar levels over the past 2–3 months. Used to assess long-term glucose control and diabetes risk.

Homocysteine

An amino acid linked to cardiovascular risk when elevated. High levels may indicate increased inflammation or vascular stress.

IGF-1 (Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1)

Reflects growth hormone activity. Plays a role in muscle maintenance, recovery, and overall metabolic function.

LH (Luteinizing Hormone)

Signals the body to produce testosterone and other sex hormones. Helps evaluate hormone production and balance.

Lipid Panel

Measures total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides. Provides a general assessment of cardiovascular health.

LP(a) – Lipoprotein(a)

A genetic cardiovascular risk marker not included in standard lipid panels. Elevated levels may increase long-term heart disease risk.

NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Lipoprotein Test)

Advanced cholesterol testing that measures the size and number of LDL particles for a more detailed cardiovascular risk assessment.

Prolactin

A hormone that can influence testosterone levels and reproductive health. Elevated levels may affect libido and hormone balance.

Progesterone

A hormone that supports balance within the endocrine system. Important in both men and women for mood and hormonal regulation.

PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen)

Screens for prostate health and helps identify potential prostate inflammation or risk.

SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin)

A protein that binds to testosterone and other sex hormones. Helps determine how much testosterone is actually available for your body to use.

T3 (Triiodothyronine)

An active thyroid hormone that influences metabolism, energy levels, and body temperature regulation.

T4 (Thyroxine)

A thyroid hormone that converts into T3 in the body. Helps assess overall thyroid function.

Total Testosterone

Measures the total amount of testosterone in your bloodstream. Important for muscle mass, energy, mood, and performance.

TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)

Signals the thyroid gland to produce hormones. Often the first marker evaluated when assessing thyroid health.

Vitamin D

Supports immune function, bone health, hormone balance, and inflammation control. Deficiency is common and often overlooked.
